A wanna be upstart to the upper east side. Cut my hair as if I had a bowl on my head. Plus, I asked for a glaze and they did something between a glaze and one color process. My highlights are all lost. It will take a year to grow this out. They want to do the shows and models. I dont think they should do the dogs in this zip code.Stay away!
