Mindwork is a psychotherapy practice located in downtown NYC. I specialize in relationship issues, mood, work, divorce, sexual, and parenting issues. I also make working with your insurance easy, by filing claims for you and helping you understand both your in network benefits and out of network benefits. You know, things don't always go the way we think they will. We might lose something, or someone, that means a lot to us. We might find it difficult to understand why we're behaving differently. Or it might be an unfamiliar feeling that we just can't seem to shake off. Sometimes we need a little bit of help to understand what's going on. At Mindwork therapy it is a collaborative process, so you and I will create an individualized approach that is designed around you. We’ll work together to overcome the obstacles you might be facing, and find out what’s really going on inside your head. On average we’ll meet once a week for about 45 minutes. This gives us time to explore where you’re at, build your mental strength, and find a fresh more hopeful way of looking at the world. So if you feel like it’s time to make a few changes, let’s set up a time to talk. Mindwork is located near the C and E Spring Street stops, and the 1 and A Canal Street stops.
