Nature's Table has a good lunch menu: Sandwiches, wraps, rice bowls, smoothies, soups and salads. They'll generally honor any special requests and even make some suggestions. (Try getting a cup of half Vegetarian Chili and half Tomato Bisque, mixed together... mmm.) This is also a great alternative to other sandwich shops in the area if you're counting calories or simply looking for something lighter. They also have a breakfast menu now, but I haven't tried anything yet. The location is convenient (Tioga) and their shop gets a lot of light and is comfortable to eat in. The staff is friendly but you may not know it if you hit them with the lunch crowd. (They get slammed.) If you decide to get a pressed sandwich, remember that it takes a bit longer to cook so make sure you can wait around for a few minutes.
