I would definitely recommend them, especially if you do not want to deal with calling or negotiating the parties by yourself. I got in an accident at 0% my fault, but I had medical expenses from the accident and they were able to help me throughout the process with dealing with the insurance companies, hospitals, and so on. Everyone was very nice to me, especially my paralegal who was very accessible and helpful.

When doing a legal case, you have to be in for the long haul. Whenever there is a medical claim, it gets complicated and is not going to be resolved in a couple months. While my case was mostly handled by a paralegal named Michelle Hall, she was excellent and was able to make the best out of a bad situation. I had her direct line if I needed to contact her but I pretty much just let her do her thing and she got it done. She was able to get me off the hook for an our of network physical therapist. That alone saved me thousands. I would have totally botched this case. God forbid I need legal representation for an accident again. But if I do, I'll definitely be calling them to handle it.

Called them up after I was cut off in traffic, first thing they ask was if I was ok. From that point on they were nothing but nice professional and clear on what they were gonna do. They turned whole situation around, from the insurance company saying I had to pay 40% of the bills to me actually getting money. The lady I worked with, Michelle Hall, was awesome.
