The design of the traditional MRI scanner cannot detect pathology that is only visible when the patient is scanned in the upright position. In addition, the quality of the images will allow

- ArthroscopyThe surgery is usually performed using arthroscopy, a minimally invasive surgical technique that uses small incisions and specialized tools. During the procedure, the damaged ACL is removed and the new ligament is attached to the femur and tibia using special screws or anchors.
- Wound CareThe HROSM Wound Care Center offers three types of wound therapy: TheraSkin, Osiris and Kerecis. Skin grafts are typically used for larger wounds that are difficult to heal on their own. A healthy piece of skin is taken from part of the body and transplanted on the wounded skin. As your wound heals, the skin graft is absorbed or sloughed off, replaced by your own healthy tissue.
- Minimally Invasive SurgeryIn 2006, my knees had reached a point of no return. I returned to HROSM and was treated by Dr. Anthony Carter. He also performed above and beyond! I had bilateral knee replacements in October 2006 and the minimally invasive surgery was a great success and I was up and moving around in just over 2 weeks.

- Ankle Sprain“I have always had ankle issues and sprained or twisted my ankles multiple times. In May of 2021, I stepped in a hole and tore the ligaments in my right ankle. I felt terrible pain, followed by immediate swelling and bruising. I was referred to Dr. Keller and his team by the ER that I went to that night. I called his office the next day and they were able to fit me in that same week. During my first visit, Dr. Keller dove into my medical history surrounding my past ankle injuries. He ordered an MRI and went straight to work trying to figure out how resolve the issue permanently. He needed duo performing brostrom surgery to repair the damaged ligaments. Before surgery, he explained every step of the procedure in detail and made sure to answer any questions that I had. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Keller performing this procedure. His professionalism and bedside manner and his nurse and staff were excellent. His PA, Andrew, was always available to step in if Dr. Keller was unavailable and he wa a amazing to work with as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Keller and his team hands down. If I could give him 10 stars I would.”
