Since I had moved to Virginia. I’ve been taking my car here. In close proximity from home so, I thought I’d give them a try. Best choice! Awesome service and David is very helpful and professional.

I went in for an inspection and they went through every nook and cranny just to find something wrong with my car. All my lights worked before today and so they pulled out one of my turn signals and told me it wasn't working. Rejected my car due to the turn signal"not working" and I need to pay 80+ just to have them "fix it." needles to say, don't go here.

They see a woman coming and try to get over and charge me $187 for an inspection. I need 3 marker lights, battery stabilizer, low beam bulb, and a windshield wiper. What a rip off needless to say I told them to fail my vehicles.

These guys are jackasses, I took my jeep in for an inspection and they broke the inspection door to the headlight. I called them out and was asked to leave the store. My vehicle is 10,000 dollar investment I do not want it broke and repaired with duct tape.

I had a great experience at this Kramer Tire business. The manager and crew were considerate, conscientious, and professional. I am recommending this business to all my peninsula friends!

ALLEN is the best!!! He went above and beyond to make sure I got a tire the same day! I stated to him that I live in VAB and instead of him making me drive to Newport News to get it done ( which is where he's located), he had the person call me from a Chesapeake location (which is closer for me) to get my tire service done there. I felt relieved that I wouldn't have to chance driving such a distance with a bad tire. I'm just returning home from a 3 month work assignment so waiting several days or even weeks for tire was not an option. He's the epitome of how Customer Service should be handled! THANK YOU ALLEN!!!!

I didn't even want to give this place 1 star. They are rude and a rip off. They said they could align my car. But in actuality they were going to charge me for something they cannot perform. I can only have my car aligned through my dealership due to my car model. But they wouldn't tell me that and would have charged me for something that they couldn't do. Go here if you like a good rip off. I asked for new tired and for the old ones I be rotated. Lets just say I paid for a service I didn't receive. I took my car to the Kramer shop on George Washington HWY where they fixed everything for free due to the mess.
