I would not recommend this place even if you are desperate. The first room was so dirty and cigarette smell was horrendous phone didn't work. So we had to walk down and across the street to tell the manager we wanted another room and he said room not satisfactory.we said no he said I get to another room for you then proceeded to say oh yeah that room only rented room for about 4 hours never used bed.so what does that tell you. So he got us another room. This room was even worse it had looked like there had been a murder scene in there what they tried to clean up but didn't get everything. There were blood droplets everywhere including a bloody palm print going into the bathroom on the wall cigarette burns on the tub tv didn't work furniture looked like a dog had a hay day the comforters had old blood stains on them I mean come on no continental breakfast for the price no parking for all 20 units only about 10 spots maybe so good luck finding one the noise on hwy 101 was horrendous no screens on 2nd floor windows so everyone that walked by would practically stick their head in the windows wall so paper thin that we could hear them making it and another night heard loud and clear light the joint already. People were cleared by morning and we got up about 7 am. would not recommend. For 150 I would go somewhere else. We wouldn't of rented but we are from vancouver wa and it was the very last place available. Ugh... Nasty Nasty Nasty.....
I called on June 20 to get a quote on a room rate for mid July, less than a month away. The man told me he could not give me a quote, that it was TOO FAR AWAY! He said it could be $200, $100, $50, he didn't know. Based on that experience alone I would never stay there!!
