DEATHTRAP!!! We bought a used car from Barry's in Newport and had it for only 11 months before the State's Official Inspection garage at the DMV stripped the plates and took the registration...siting that it was UNSAFE for the road. The mechanic at this garage who put it up on a lift to take pictures of the EXTENSIVE ROT (unistructure, brake lines, front axles, warped rotors, etc) HURRIED to take the pics because he was afraid IT WAS GOING TO FALL APART! His own words, btw. The ONLY reason we found out that this car was unsafe was because it broke down on a Sunday when Barry's was closed and we had a different mechanic look at it for the first time.
