Attorney Morenberg represents both employers and employees. We litigate discrimination and sexual harassment claims before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and state and federal courts. We provide advice and counseling regarding wage claims, overtime, unemployment benefits, disability benefits, layoffs, and severances. We help companies to draft employment contacts, policy manuals, handbooks, severance agreements, and non compete agreements. Attorney Morenberg offers training to prevent discrimination and sexual harassment. We handle business and civil litigation (trials and appeals). We represent companies with claims regarding breach of contract, unfair trade practices, collections, copyright infringement, and lanlord / tenant disputes. Finally, we represent individuals and families with legal issues concerning divorce, child support, alimony, child custody, visitation, or modification of support.
