I tried Muddy Paws before at the old location and was not impressed with the quality of service I received before. My westie acted timid and afraid when I picked her up which was odd becuase she is ALWAYS friendly and happy. Well grooming and pet stores are limited in this area of Norfolk so when they moved to their new location, I decided to give them another try....I'm sorry to say it wasn't any better. She had a red rash on her belly this time and her ears and nails were left untouched. New location, same old bad service. I'll be driving my baby to another groomer further away from now on. I can't bear putting my beloved westie through another trip to this place!

I had heard great things about Muddy Paws when they were at the old location but I now know why the prices are so cheap. They specialize in quantity not quality. First I would suggest that they learn how to treat a customer. I was yelled at (not exaggerating) to move out of the way for another person who was also picking up their dog. Then when I got my dog in the car I was able to look closer at the cut and I'm not sure what was going on. It was a simple shave down but she had different lengths of hair all over her. Also, her nails were not touched because when we went to the vet the following week he cut them for me. Not sure why this place stays in business with the work they put out and the way they treat people. I will NEVER go back there.
