worst lawyer ever. takes money and then does a half A#$ed job. Makes more problems than are necessary. Gives legal advice to opposing parties and then treats her clients like they are dirt. she should be disbarred.

One star is a gross exaggeration of professionalism and competence. Brandee is an Absolutely HORRIBLE and completely UNETHICAL attorney!!! Pulls underhanded stuff on a regular basis wastes huge amounts of money by dragging out cases needlessly and pitting already disagreeing clients against each other even more just to make more money for herself. Clients who were civil towards one another quickly change after brande gets involved. Brande is a PERFECT example of why people HATE attorneys. Brande Makes up evidence that doesn't exist commits and willingly lies for her clients. Makes things as difficult as she can for opposing counsel by not compiling with even the simplest of tasks. DO NOT USE Brande Kauffman!!!!! She should be disbarred for the unethical actions and complete refusal to comply with ANYTHING! True disgrace to the profession. Run for your life!!

Brande' Kauffman is an extremely unprofessional lawyer. She feels it appropriate to discuss her client cases with outside parties, giving out information that is clearly entitled to a client/lawyer only basis and in my particular case, has also been known to slander her clients. I paid her nearly $3000 for my divorce case and have now found, a year later, that she never filed the divorce papers. They had been sitting, signed, for a year with no action taken. I had to hire a new lawyer, spending more money on this divorce than at all necessary, just to get the papers filed. Not to mention, it took me over a month of calling her office to retrieve my file from my divorce case to give to my new lawyer. Every time I called her office to ask about the file, I was treated completely inappropriately. I would, in absolutely NO way, recommend Brande Kauffman as she is a waste of your time and money. If you want a professional helping you with your case, go elsewere.
