If I could give a ZERO, I would. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! They are the worst ever. Their products are defective, and their customer service is non-existent. First of all, the man, that answers the phone, is a hateful, angry man. Not just once, but, the ten times I called. We bought wood flooring and the finish is awful. You can see every footprint, dog print, water drip, anything. My husband tried mopping with PLAIN WATER, and they turned milky. This is from day one!! I caled, several times, and finally, that got the company representative out to our house with the salesperson. The rep. acted like this was a total aggravation to him. He suggested stripping the floor, so we said ok. So we waited for weeks, with no contact. They finally got the supplies and came to strip the floors. They were here THIRTY MINUTES, if that. NO CHANGE, in floor. So, I called again, telling them, they had to make this floor right. He said, he'd get back in touch with the rep. and they'd be in touch. That was SIX WEEKS AGO. IF I had the power, to put them out of business, I would in a heartbreak. Do not use them, to save yourself from a heartbreak. I should have learned from my previous experience with them, and I didn't.
