I ordered my niece flowers on a Saturday for $70+. I received an order confirmation and assumed the flowers were sent. On the Monday following, I received a phone call asking if I still wanted the flowers delivered since they reportedly had just

received my order Monday morning. I expressed that I was disappointed my niece had not received her flowers. The florist stated, "Yeah, I don't know what happened". No apology, no discount offered. Ordering is an essential part of a business based primarily on delivery. This business is woefully inept to fulfill the customer's wishes if they cannot insure the ordering process and are unwilling to extend courtesy and apology to those they have been disappointed. Order cancelled.

I highly recommend using Redbud Floral. My order was delivered the same day and they even helped me write what to say on the card. Needless to say, the girlfriend absolutely loves her flowers. I will be ordering from this store from now on.
