Best place to get great customer service, oil change & car repairs. I have taking my car to Sears for 12+ yrs and would not go anywhere else. The automotive staff is friendly, knows what they are doing and take the time to explain things. Rick who is in charge, is the most honest person I have ever met. I recommend Sears Automotive in Norman to all my friends, since I trust them and I like how they treat me as a customer.

this place is a great place too get your car worked on the pepole are real nice here and they can make opointments to schedule your vehicle in and there mechanics are really good too never had a problem with them ive bought tires frome them and alignments frome them great service and if you dont understand anything about your car they will help you either they will explain the problem or they will take you out to the shop and show you what kind of a problem your are having its a great place too have worked done hands down

Worst customer service I ever experienced. August 2012 They don't do a very good job of answering their business phone. Won't call a customer to inform them of status or that they didn't get the tire and don't know when they'll get it. Say they'll call, act as if they will, but didn't. UNBELIEVABLEY BAD!!
