It maintains a bookstore that offers a range of illness and alcohol abuse-related study materials. In addition, Consumer Satisfaction Team conducts community support programs for youths, adults and mentally disabled individuals. The group s programs focus in the area of monitoring care services available for individuals with substance abuse problems, mental illnesses and hearing impairments.
