I was at college and did not personally receive my bill via mail. I contacted Conway Eye Care and set up a payment plan upon hearing of the notification. They proceeded with filing with small claims court even after telling them of my situation and setting up a payment plan, also charging me $80.00 for the claim that they filed. I was able to pay the bill within the month, but it was unnecessary for them to bring the courts into it. Even the lady at the courthouse agreed with this point. Their customer service skills are highly lacking and they are not accommodating.

Dr. Pulsifer is extremely pleasant and knowledgable in her field, delivering excellent care in a warm, yet professional manner. Having had such a positive, personal experience with Conway Eye Care, I refer my own clients to this welcoming, relaxed environment for all of their optical needs.

Everyone was warm and friendly. The doctor was informative and patient with our children. Lots of frames to choose from..a great experience overall.

Very bad customer service. My husband waited over 3 weeks for glasses to be made. We began the process on March 29th and today, April 30th, still no glasses. We will NEVER use this place again or recommend it. His drivers license expires tonight at 12:00 midnight....thanks for NOTHING.
