They don't even deserve a 1 star but I had to in order to share my awful experience at this place.

If you are African American, Don't come here. They don' welcome us.

I called on the phone to ask if I could bring my car in to buy a radio and have it installed. The owner - Richie said, sure no problem just as long as you come in before 4pm. I was there at 3:30pm. (my voice is deceiving. I don't have an African American Accent) When I arrived there was a guy working behind the counter (Richie)on the phone. When he got off the phone he looked at me. Another worker came out and he asked me if he could help me. I told him I would like to buy a radio and have it installed. He looked at Richie and Richie said well we wont be able to do it today. I explained to them I'm the one who called at 8am and you told me you could install a radio as along as it's before 4pm. It's 3:30pm.

He rolled his eyes and said, well I have to work on a truck. He ask this other worker to do it. After the job was done. I paid Richie $268.67 for a Alpine CDE-133BT AM-FM CD/BT/IPO Radio, As I handed him the cash he was by this time all smiles and try to make short talk with me.

They didn't explain to me how the radio work. When I drove off I was so upset I didn;t bother to look at the radio until I got to my destination. I notice there was blood smeared on the on/off Radio knob! I called them but they was close.

I have a one year warranty on the radio but I will NEVER step foot back in their door!


Don't come here. Richie is rude and dishonest..

I send all my customers to Richie's whenever they ask about anything to do with alarms,radios,navigation etc. etc. etc. And this is what I tell them. Go to Richie's he was doing it before all the others were and he is the best at it and he stands behind his work.

A very honest man does a great job too.
