They'll tell you anything to get your money! I came here after finding out my chiropractor joined this company. When I arrived, they were upset that I didn't have an appointment, even though I was the only client there and it was my first time coming in. My usual copay is $7 dollars per visit. I was explained that since my insurance office was closed, they would just charge me $50 dollars and once they were able to get it straightened out, I would have credit for future visits. The office manager said she would call me in a few days to confirm the insurance info and let me know when I could schedule again. My adjustment took less than 2 minutes and when I asked about my usually included 20 minute spinal stabilizer treatment (roller table massage), I got the response "we do thing differently here", so I let it go and went home still in pain. Two months later, I still hadn't heard from them. I called and was informed by the rude receptionist that they weren't able to work with my insurance.I contacted my insurance and was told that their office is a preferred provider, the insurance rep was unsure why I was told that. So I went into the office. I first asked what services they provide to first time clients and was told that they provide an evaluation and consult, review services and discuss treatment. The receptionist then recognised me as having been there as "one of Dr Anderson's transfer clients" and began being very condescending and rude. Not only to me, but to her coworker who was kindly trying to understand my situation. I asked why I didnt get any other services and was told that since I'm a transfer client, I don't get the same services as a new client. Seriously? I still dont know why they say they dont take my insurance. But with this incompetence, I won't be allowing them to treat me regardless. Don't fall for their financial tricks. Spend your money getting real treatment!

On the plus side the staff are warm and friendly. On the downside the treatment plans are very expensive and they want the money up-front.

They tell you that cash is better and cheaper than using insurance. Don't bother, they do act like they are doing you a favor. It doesn't matter who goes in there, they will try to find something wrong with you. They do use scare tactics, they really want your money, that guy Josh Purcell, is super super sly, look at his truck...I can't imagine what his house looks like,, but that guy Josh does use a scare tactics, and he makes you feel like his business is the only one that can fix you, he won't share any plan with you, or give you numbers up front on cost. It takes a day or two before he will tell you. Also, they discredit other businesses, they say they are the only ones that can fix you. Josh Purcell only does sells. Last thing check there hours, seriously, for the price, you think you would be able to go 24 hours. Mon. and Wed. open from 8-6 and closed for 2 1/2 hour lunch . Tues and Thurs open from 2pm to 6pm Fri open from 8am-12pm then closed sat and sun.

Big rip off. Very expensive, employees are very nice.If your looking for a chiropractor I would say look around ALL are less expensive. Treatment is satisfactory just to costly. You pay up front and after the fact they will decide if they want take you as patient, like they are doing you a favor, they already have several hundred dollars of your money!
