It is so frustrating dealing with the W. Sahara office. I have tried 5 times to contact Deja for my prescription for a procedure in five days. I left four messages for her. Actual talked to someone who promised to call in prescription and she did not., Called and talked to Ilva and she put me on hold for 32 minutes, after holding it whent to Deja voice mail. Back to square one again. Incompetent people.

NICE doctors who explain everything great. However, the appointment staff is the worst I've ever dealt with. They dump you in voicemail, then refuse to return your calls for 1-2 weeks. They call and hang up then lie to their office manager that they talked to me when they didn't. I had colonoscopy prep--entire week of extra laxatives, 2 days of liquid-only diet and 2 days of the prep but when I arrived, office staff had cancelled my procedure without informing me about it, and for the wrong reasons, because she misread insurance policies. Then, when confronting office manager about it, I get to hear a lecture on how to protect herself against "claims of patients" rather than actually believing me about any of it. I've had urgent pre-procedure questions where they refused to return my calls, and even had to walk into their office to get an appointment after calling 5 days and leaving voice mails and them refusing to talk to me or return my calls.
