The most compassionate animal clinic I have ever visited. The prices were quite good (lower than my own vet in some cases) and I was given a thorough estimate before testing started. When it became obvious nothing could be done, they stopped the testing to save me money. The explanation/diagnosis was clearly and compassionately explained. While waiting for my sweet Rosie O'Kitty to be prepared, the tech stopped by the room to check on me several times.

They asked me at varies times in the procedure if I was ready for the next step and even stressed I could stay with her as long as I needed.

This was unexpected but I have another kitty whose prognosis is not good. I will not hesitate to take him there when the time comes.

My dog has had to stay here before for a couple of different issues. The last time he was having yucky diarrhea, but they sent him home with a clean bottom and gave him the extra love he needed while in the ICU. It can be stressful at the ER, but the staff really cares!

Took my cat in on a Sunday afternoon, and the place was slammed. Pet and people everywhere. The staff had to be stressed out, but were polite and professional. They went over my options for tests and treatment in detail and in writing. They explained everything and answered my many questions. They stayed within my budget and got us taken care of as quickly as possible. They sent me out with a complete record and my xrays on a disc and said they'd fax the record to my regular vet. Thank you all so much for your help!!

The doctors are wonderful. The staff is very caring, and always treat your babies as one of their own. Love how great they are. Always know my fur babies are in great hands.

My cat was really sick and I had to take her to be seen in the middle of the night. I am grateful they were there and they took excellent care of her.

The Dr.'s and staff are great there! Everyone goes above and beyond to care for your pet. They provide grade A professional services at a reasonable price for 24 hour care.

Totally unprofessional office. Called to ask a serious question and "I don't have a sheet in front of me" was the response. Did not offer any assistance. Sad that this is the only emergency vet in our area.

Omg the most unprofessional clinic I can express to you . The sad thing is we don't have any choices after hours. The doctor was a joke and our puppy died on the way home. The workers were a most uneducated Bunch of hoots I ever saw . STAY AWAY

This is the sorriest excuse for an animal hospital I have ever heard of. I tortured my poor little dog needlessly on the advice I received from these people. My dog accidently ate an extra dose of flea medication, the animal hospital instructed me to induce vomiting and call poison control . After talking to poison control I find out this was completely unnecessary that my dog would have been fine but now I need medicate my dog for irritation I caused from inducing vomiting. I turned to them for help not to generate more business for them. Giving them 1 star was 10 times more then they deserve, where did they get their veterinary degree from a "crackerjax box"?

We had to take my dog there and it was a great experience! They explained upfront what the charges would be and let us pick how much we could afford! Very nice people

No one wants or plans to need an emergency clinic but they were there for me when no one else was. The doctor was concerned and friendly. There wasn't much they could do after the neighborhood cat was hit by a car but we were able to say good-bye and end her suffering. Thanks for that

When my cat "Smokey" became ill and started vomiting everywhere throughout the house I called my vet. They were not open and referred me to this hospital. I was so grateful that they talked me through the test and treatment they wanted to do so I knew before hand what it was going to cost. When the doctor came in to talk to me about the xrays and ultrasound it turned out that Smokey had a tumor in his intestines. They were very compassinate and they gave him some medication to make him comfortable for the night so I could take him home. I was given a night of love and kisses for my sweet boy before taking him to my vet to put to sleep.

They were open when no one else was. My Chico was in a lot of pain and they caring and reasonable. Chico is totally back to himself now! Would definitely recommend them!

Doctor seemed to be ok. But the nurse was rude and had a horrible attitude. When she brought the crazy bill in like 700 dollars I finally got my dog and left. When to the Mamelle clinic they were super nice and knowledgable and only 200 for the same services..

I've had two experiences with this clinic and both were terrible. No compassion for animal or owner but much interest in getting payment.

The doctor and staff at my visit were very compassionate and caring towards me and my dog. They were very knowledgable and thorough with my dog and I am so glad they were available when my dog got sick. I think it's wonderful that we have an after hours hospital to take care of our pets when our regular clinic is closed.

There when I needed care on the weekend. Professional staff, and reasonable prices. I recommend After hours to anyone with pets!

Dr. David Stovall and his staff are the best. They treated my wife and I with respect...not a number. It was a tragic situation with us having to put our cat to sleep. Him and his staff made us feel as comfortable as possible in that situation. They were honest, up front with us, and cared about our feelings. They were very professional. Its as if they understood what it meant to lose a loved one. Thank you very much for the awesome service and the comfort you gave in a hard time in my families life. One thing though, bring plenty of money. Treatment can get expensive, but rest assured your pet will be getting the BEST treatment possible. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.
