The department s health promotion and risk reduction section offers health promotion information, brochures and videos on public health issues, including lead poisoning, safety and injury prevention, Lyme disease and healthy heart. The Norwalk Health Department Conducts community and worksite screening and immunization programs that include blood pressure, flu immunization, and measles, mumps and rubella and rabies shots for animals
