my girl friend had renters insurance with statefarm already and when she moved to Washington to live with me she suggested that i switch my car insurance over to state farm to try and save money. my girl friend went in and set everything up so i only had to go in with my information and sign. Karmin made it a very easy transition and explained everything to me in detail and was EXTREMELY friendly and happy to help the minute i walked in the door. Statefarm in Oak Harbor washington that is run by Karmin Landry sets the bar for customer care and i highly recommend them.

Karmin Landry and her staff, Tracey and Addy are the best "Dreamteam" State Farm could ever envision. I first met Karmin when Fred & Shirley Sheppard retired as my longtime local State Farm agency. Since meeting her, she has provided the most excellent service. She is aggressive in promoting the products and services State Farm offers and it has really opened my mind to a better way to ensure the security of my lifetime assets. Together, we have bundled many products that were formerly farmed out to other agencies at great savings to me while increasing the limits to my coverages. Recently I have unfortunately had to file several claims with State Farm. Karmin and her staff handled everything in the best possible ways. These recent experiences have proven to me that, not only is State Farm a great insurance company, Karmin Landry State Farm is a GREAT agency.
