Highly recommended for boarding your dog!! The staff was incredible with my difficult dog. I was very nervous about boarding him for the first time. When I picked him up he seemed sad to leave the staff and was so calm and happy!! I with definitely be using their services again.

Susan and Donna know dogs and behavior modification better than ducks know how to swim, cheetahs know how to run, and politicians know how to lie. The walk people through every step and personalize training in a way each person can understand. When my wife was having difficulty understanding how to do something, Susan asked what she did for a living. When my wife said she was a graduate university program secretary, Susan gave a perfect explanation with experience my wife understood. We live in Orem now, and we still drive up to Ogden for our training and boarding needs.

Don's pet care is amazing--they are the dog whisperers of Ogden. They customize their approach to ensure that you raise your dog to be a great member of society and also to build your relationship with your dog so that you both are happy and healthy. Highly recommended!

We had to board our spoiled pet overnight as we visited relatives in Tremonton. We were little reluctant to doe this as he had never been away from us for any period of time. When we entered the office we received a friendly greeting to both us and Chance. Right off they told us the mixed breed of our dog and nobody had done this before, even the Vet. We were pleased to find this out. They put a leash on him and led him out to the kennel. He followed her only looking back once. That had never happened with anybody. As he is extremely spoiled, we thought she would have to drag him out. Not so. When we returned the next day, he acted like he could care less that we had been away for over a day. As he doesn't really take to strangers and he totally doesn't like other dogs, we thought he would be in a bad mood. Not so. He is like a different dog after his experience at Don's. We totally recommend this place for animal boarding and other services. I noticed the one bad review, but I wonder if she was at the right place. She was to embarrassed to sign her name. We adopted a female black lab from the pound for a family Christmas gift. She is an amazingly loving dog, but she was almost a year old with no training... we had no idea what we got ourselves into. After trying on our own for a few months, we contemplated having to give her away as we were now expecting our first baby. As a last effort, we scheduled a private session at Don's. Within minutes of being in the class, we realized, Kali wasn't the one who needed training, we were. Kali picked up fast and began heeling, and obeying. She seemed the happiest I had ever seen her as well, like she wanted to be a good dog, she just needed to be told the right way what she could and could not do. At no point did I feel like my dog was being mistreated. In fact, I was amazed the trainer was so calm and upbeat with my poorly behaved dog. The happy tone she used after "snapping" the dog chain made my dog pay attention and enjoy the training session. After returning home, my husband and I put into practice all the techniques she showed us, and I have to say I feel like we got more than we paid for from Dons. It's obvious they know what they are doing with animals, and even more obvious that pets are their passion.

Donna and Susan are the best trainers ever! My dog is hyper and out of control. Wait I meant WAS out of control. The things they taught me really worked and now I am proud to have her around people. It was hard to enforce the rules with her but it made a difference. I am glad we went to puppy class.

My dogs love staying there when I go away. They pull me thru the gate and never look back as they head for the kennel. THe people are caring and the place is clean.

We took our Doberman there for puppy classes and wow we were very impressed with the lessons/classes.She is doing great with there training ideas and skills they taught us. VERY PLEASED! Highly Reccomended!!!Great socilizing for the dog also Really liked there classes and the manner in which they were taught!A+++++++

Do yourself and your puppy a favor and go somewhere else. The trainers' methods were completely unprofessional, rude, mean, abusive (to people and dogs). They misdiagnose behavior issues and cause more problems with their behavior modification techniques. Yank and crank negative reinforcement seems to be their only answer. It's all about dominance and overpowering your puppy. They will yell and make ugly faces, throw chains at your dog, throw your dog to the floor, and terrify your puppy. They expect you to do the same or they will call YOU a weak leader. My puppy was traumatized so badly that she wouldn't eat or drink water until after we got home from meeting a real dog trainer the next evening. This is not positive training! I will tell everyone I meet to avoid this place like the plague.

We took our puppy here for training and were really impressed. Very knowledgeable and helpful even after the training. Highly reccomend.

This was a great place to take our dog for boarding! We also used them for Obedience classes and they were amazing! Can train any dog!
