If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolute WORST customer service. The guy I spoke with, voicing my concerns to him about when my dress would be here, started LAUGHING at me. Instead of my dress being here a month before my wedding (LIKE THEY SAID IT WOULD BE, which is why I even bought it through them and LIKE IT STATES ON MY RECIEPT) they are telling me it will be here 2 weeks before my wedding. They are the most disgusting people and I hope this place goes out of business. They are NOT what a happy wedding should be. SO SO SO SO DISGUSTED. Poor excuse for human beings. ALL of them.

Horrible! Went in looking for Prom accessories and they had some very pretty items, took a picture to send to my daughter to see if she wanted me to purchase for her, and apparently they have a NO PHOTO policy!!?? When I asked why she said she didn't know that was just the policy. WOW!!! So I took my business elsewhere. Lost a customer because of wanting to take a photo. Never heard of that before.

I had Sonya's bridal shop set up my daughters chair covers for her wedding and they set up the chairs the day of the wedding with no hassle and they were beautiful.
