Joe is very up front with explaining what he finds. He is very knowledgeable and described my plumbing situation in great detail which helped me understand what I was facing. Joe from A Perfect Fit Plumbing and Gas did an excellent job. I was having a problem with my kitchen sink, he came out and fixed it, he also found that my faucet was leaking, something I didn't realize, and he fixed that too. Very professional, and friendly. I am pretty lucky I have owned my house for 9 years and had not needed a plumber for the first 7 years. One day my tub stopper broke and my tub would not drain. I looked on the internet and found ?A Perfect Fit Plumbing? and gave them a call. When Joe showed up at the door he was clean, nicely groomed, did not stink, polite and the most impressive thing was that before he stepped in my front door he insisted on putting on little booties over his shoe meaning he also respected my home (never seen a contractor wear booties before, shocked me). I showed him my problem and not only did he give me more than one option of how to fix the problem he also explained the pros, cons, and costs of each option so I could make a well informed decision. Joe?s service was fast, efficient, he cleaned up after himself and his work, defected the work area when done, he is fairly priced and above all professional. After several sewer backups in the last year and multiple bids from other dishonest plumbers in the thousands, I called Joe at A Perfect Fit. Joe came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. As soon as we were ready for him he cleared his schedule and replaced our line at a cost of half of our lowest bid! Joe did a grade A job and had us back up and running by the afternoon. He even got us permitted through the city. Any plumber willing to go to such great lengths to ensure that it's not only done right, but to have the City involved proves that he has nothing to hide. The biggest thing I've found in the service industry, specifically the plumbing industry, is a lack of communication and showing up when you say you are going to. That is not what I got with Joe at A Perfect Fit. He communicated exactly what was going on, exactly what it was going to take, and exactly what it was going to cost. And he delievered the service exactly as he said he would. And he showed up when he said he would. It was a tough job with lots of digging to fix a sewer line and him and his crew did an excellent job. I will be using them again and I would recommend them to anybody that likes straight forward answers, a straight forward quote, and prompt attention to your problem.

I can not even begin to tell you the length that Joe took to make sure we were taken care of. He went over and beyond his call of duties; He went right to work to find out why we had this blockage. He had the right equipment to pinpoint exactly where the problem was. He pulled the toilet up and had a camera down our drains into the sewer line to show us the problem (something the other companies told me they couldn't do..) We had to have a cleanout put in which was going to be a big job because our lines were 5 feet underground! Joe wasn't put off by this; he explained exactly what was going on, what they could do to fix the problem and took the next step of getting the problem fixed. Even getting the city out to see that there was in fact, a problem on their end as well, something the city couldn't see when I called them out twice, because they didn't have the camera. It was a really tough project to redo all the pipes, but he did it, even help me install a PVC for future clean out, and all the pipes are nicely connected in a professional manner.
