Affordable Door just replaced my Garage Door opener and keypad, plus insulating my garage doors. I could not be more pleased with the work and the finished product. The workers were very efficient, professional and respectful of my home. Also they were on time and cleaned up after themselves. Service was great. Intial phone conversation was was professional and info was true. Discussed problems with model 8355 not working with cars homelink and was informed of a solution. Made appointment and had new opener installed. Homelink dud not work with my cars so they installed a repeter to solve problem. All was great when they departed and everything worked. Made an appointment, took leave to make sure I would not miss the folks from affordable Doors and they never showed up nor called. Ironically the person I made the appointment read the date (12 Nov) and time (1600hrs) back to me and still nobody showed or called.

Haven't used yet. Want to, but the African American N-word issue needs to be addressed. Would like to see company respond.

Affordable is an okay company, good quality work and they show up when they say they will.

However, one of them hates blacks I assume judging by what I heard while listening to them work through my garage entry door.

I quote, "These stupid @$$ scoochy N-word always have stuff piled in their garage"

So if you are African American I suggest you call someone else.

All of my questions were answered; I received the garage door I wanted, even though it had to be special ordered; the installation went smoothly; the clean-up was thorough; and the customer service was great from beginning to end. I would recommend this company to anyone.

It is refreshing to see a company that is honest and dependable. I thought that I needed a new garage door open. The technician informed me that it was just some loose wires and that I did not need a new garage door. He could have lied and said that I need a new opener, but he did not. Affordable Door Co. serviced my door 2 years ago replacing a busted torsion spring. So when my door wasn't running right during the blizzards of 2011, and finally popped off its tracks this morning, I KNEW who to call. And I had a repeat experience of EXCELLENT SERVICE, professionalism, and friendly honesty. This company does things the proud Oklahoma way. No corporate crap about it. They are trustworthy and excellently priced. And their 1 yr warranty on their workmanship assures me that if something should go wrong, they'll be right on it. We had an excellent experience with Affordable Door. We needed a new spring installed on our garage door. Kevin was on time, very professional, courteous and helpful. He not only installed the spring but he lubricated all the wheels and serviced the entire door at no extra charge. We had called around to several places and Affordable had the best prices available. We are extremely pleased with the service we received and will refer friends and family to use Affordable Door.

I recently had a spring break on my garage door,during a thunderstorm and running late for work of course! After I got home from work I looked online to begin the task of getting my door working again. I saw the other reviews written for these guys and thought i'll give them a try. WOW, I can't say enough about the service I recieved from this company! They were able to set an appointment for the next day and told me they would call before they came to make sure I was home. Not only did they call but, they asked if it would be o.k. to show up an hour early! They qouted me a price on the phone the day before and when they showed up qouted me the same price. When it was time to pay, know what price I paid? THE SAME PRICE!! They also lubricated my door, adjusted my opener, and left a buisness magnet with their phone # on it in case I had any problems at no extra charge! I will leave you with this thought, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ANYONE ELSE !!!! You will not be sorry you called these guys, I guarantee it!!!

Stop calling shopping around for price estimates, because these are the boys you need to be doing business with. I had a broken Torsion spring, and called these guys (among others). Their prices were by far the best, and the previous customer reviews convinced me that they were good at what they do. I gratefully add my praise to the previous reviewers. They scheduled a same-day repair, arrived 5 minutes early, and were done with the repair in 15 minutes. They were courteous, professional, and pleasant to speak with. Not only did they do the speedy repair, as a courtesy they lubricated the wheels and spring, examined and adjusted/tightened the nuts/bolts, checked to make sure my sensors were secure and aligned, and made sure the entire system was given a little extra TLC for no extra charge. The door works more efficiently and quietly than it ever has since we've lived here. These guys are a local business, not a national corporate beast who doesn't care about the customer. These guys are ALL about good ol' customer service and doing the right thing to make and keep a loyal customer. After placing a business magnet on the inside of my garage door, and a friendly handshake, they were on their way.

As a side note, because their office secretary was on vacation, they were not able to call in my VISA to collect payment. After doing the repair, they said I could call and pay next week when their secretary is back from vacation. They are true to their word, and trust their customers will also be true to theirs. You can't find businessmen like this very often. 5 stars! Thanks guys!

With all the garage door companies in the OKC area, it was difficult to pick blindly a company that would do quality work. After reading the previous review I decided to check out Affordable Door. When my garage door opener broke I called Affordable Door and they came out to my house the very next day and did a FREE estimate on my garage door opener. Not only did they show me the problems and suggest that I replace my garage door opener (which I knew I needed to do), they also showed me some things about my garage door that could be fixed to make the actual door work better.



After agreeing to the work they scheduled a time to come out which was 2 days later. They also gave me the price which was very reasonable (I did call around and check prices). When Kevin came out to my house he was very professional and explained all aspects of my door. Not only did he just replace the door opener, but he also tuned up the garage door by tightening the springs, replacing some hinges, and I got new rollers (the rollers were the only thing extra). In no time at all everything was in place and working great.



I was very pleased and will recommend them to all my family and friends.

If you are doing business with any other garage door company, then you are paying too much and waiting too long. Affordable Door offers the best value in the state and their service is lightning fast!



My overhead door spring had broken. I contacted Affordable Door and they gave me an immediate quote with an accurate arrival time for service. Two men arrived and 12 minutes later I was paying for the repair and both Affordable Door and I were on our way. This is how business is done.
