Luis from Kidds Towing came and retrieved my vehicle from the Hospital where I work. It was fairly late at night and the service was arranged through my insurance company. Luis was very professional and worked quickly to attempt to jump my vehicle to no avail as the starter needed replacement. He then skillfully placed the vehicle on his wrecker. Once in the cab of his vehicle, Luis was professional, courteous, and well, funny. I was having a bad day up until this point and this turned out to be a great experience.

Terrible customer service, very dishonest company and unetchical. I will never consider their service again! Male tow driver very rude.
