I would second the previous post, they seem to get things set up easily, but watch the paperwork and policy information! They DO NOT do what you ask, they simply add what they think you need, not what you ask for. When you call with a claim they simply say, too bad. I used this agency to help with all the policy junk that I'm not an expert on expecting them to be the professional expects. If you've been insured by them check your documents closely and look for a new carrier. Buyer beware!

No issues at first setting up my accounts, helped compare rates and made it easy to get everything set up. They are also friendly on the phone. However i told them a year ago that I wanted to make changes to my account at renewal to take advantage of further savings and they neglected to make the changes. Fortunately my actual insurance company was great and put the changes though to get the savings i was looking for but i don't feel that i should have to stay on top of a broker year to year to make sure I'm getting the best prices. Isn't that the point of using a broker to take care of that stuff for you?
