I recently had a Breast Augmentation done by Dr. Richard Bruneteau at Surgical Images. I had an amazing experience there! My Dr. & staff were so friendly, & knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable 100% of the time. My results turned out better than I could have even imagined! I am extremely pleased! 10/10 would recommend!

I had my first augmentation with Dr. B. The saline implant formed very bad washboards...could washboard themselves could also washboard by being underfilled. I suspected a little of both since so dramatic. They were no where the size I wanted either..I moved from A to barely a B cup and asked for full C. He didn't spend time with me showing me implants or explaining the cc concept. Second go around with silicone implants I immediately noticed when swelling went down he still undershot and was still a B cup and had a slight ridge on the inner left one. At this point I switched to Dr. H and he performed surgery for only cost of implants and anesthesia. He said he would try to fix the ridge but didn't. The ridge kept getting worse. While in Florida on mil assignent I went to a surgeon known for fixing others mess-ups. Not only was there an ridge to it, there was the beginning of a double bubble forming on the left side. He sewed the pocket down where it was crossing over (eventully it would touch the other) and moved the implant into a proper position. He said there were no ligaments holding it in place so he had to reinforce as well. That would explain why I felt the implant so well on the underside. Dr. H did a wonderful job on my aunt and sister. I believe the center was fed up with me for complaining about Dr. B's lack of caring. For the second surgery Dr. B didn't even tell me the size he ordered for me until the day of surgery! I was always rushed with him. I don't know why Dr. H couldn't have fixed the ridge or noticed he was putting it in without reinforcement. He did finally spend time with me on size. However, the Fl doc that fixed it said he would never have put that kind of diameter in my body, volume yes, not diameter. My recommendation: avoid this chop shop and go to California or Florida where surgeons take time to perfect their work. Pay the extra money up front so you don't end up like me paying 4 times over.
