You are going to LOVE Burton! Melissa R. was awesome and she got me in contact with a plumber right away. She is the face of Burton and does a fantastic job representing them... she is the first person you talk to. James C. came out and he is OUTSTANDING as well. He cares about his clients. He explained to us in detail that calcium buildup in pipes that corrodes and eventually eats away at the pipes. We thought it a great idea to have the water filtration system installed since we just purchased new appliances. WOW! it is great all the benefits that our new water filtration system provides. You need to check this out and have Burton take care of the guts of your home. After all, Burton is the BEST!!! The quality of people they hire is second to none! If you're hurtin you gotta call Burton!!!

I just bought an older home here in Omaha and the plumbing problems were numerous:

• The main piping to and throughout the home was not up to code causing pressure issues.

• The main jet tub/shower was broken and leaked into the subflooring causing damage.

• The utility shower downstairs was clogged and leaking across the floor.

Steve Douthit, from Burton Plumbing came in and assured me that everything could be fixed and put back better than before. This is precisely what Steve and his crew did. Burton Plumbing put my family up in a nice hotel while they worked to replace all of the faulty piping. They took care of the drainage problems in the downstairs shower. They put in a new tub/shower upstairs and did a professional tiling job as well as closing up the water damaged areas.

My sincerest thanks to Steve, Jeff, Damien, Scott, Shawn and Jay. These guys went above and beyond.

New to area and heard Burton was the best. They sent a great plumber out by name of Mike. He gave amazing customer service. Had a small issue and he had to return the next day. Without question he fixed the problem. Totally satisfied!
