Provided by DexKnowsMy dad's WWII Army footlocker was vandalized in a break-in. Front lock was peeled/ripped off and some pretty big dents in the wood of the footlocker were an unfortunate result.... They restored it to 1942 conditions! I could not be happier with the result! They do some GREAT WORK!!!! My thanks to them for doing a most IMPORTANT (to me) job the RIGHT WAY!!!!

Provided by DexKnowsDon's just refinished my living room furniture that was more than 30 years old. There was a coffee table, and two end tables. They changed the color to what I wanted and they are absolutely beautiful. There prices were very reasonable I couldn't buy new ones of this quality for near this price. These guys are awesome. I highly recommend them.

Provided by DexKnowsWe moved here from overseas and 95% of our household items had mold of them. Our moving company contacted Don's Refinishing to see if anything could be salvaged. We decided to clean 1 oak kitchen table w/ 4 chairs, 2 wine barrels, 2 mountain bikes, mattress/box springs cleaned, carpet and 10 boxes of various kitchen items. They along with the cleaning company charged us $7,750 to clean these items. After I researched with both companies acting like another customer with the same products, I found out they double charged us. For example Don's charged us $1,800 to stain and refinish our oak table with 4 chairs but when I contacted him with the same table (pictured), I got quoted for $800.00. When I questioned Ken, he stated, "Well the government is paying us". This was not the case, the money was coming out of our claim and he stated he would take $1,000 off our bill. After this, he stopped taking our phone calls. I also found out he kept 2 oversize stuffed chairs we claimed on our insurance form. He made a joke to me that we saved him $1,000 since he kept both of our chairs and they are in his basement. After I asked for them back, he tried to charge us for the cleaning and refused to return the items. So not only did they over charge us, they kept items they were supposed to return to our storage unit. There is no integrity with DonâÂÂs Refinishing. They will avoid your phone calls. The quality of work for what they charged us is not worth it. They ripped us off and could care less. I guess we missed the part where they give a military discount because that was not included.

Provided by DexKnowsI had a 1908 ornate sewing machine cabinet that was in a basement for over 50 years and was in the worst shape possible. Don said he could restore it. The outcome wasa work of art. I would highly recommend this company.

Provided by YP.comThey do exceptionally good work! They were able to replace damaged marquetry, and resculpt a broken claw foot on an antique pie crust table. The table looks fabulous now.
