I walked in there one night because my volkswagon beetle didnt want to shift at all and I had my wife and 3 kids in the car. I didnt know what to do so I stopped at this oreilly location. upon my arrival I was greeted with a nice hello by Tony. He asked if I needed help and I explained my car situation.. He seemed very knowledgeable about cars as I explained the problem and asked if I can show him my car outside. As soon as I opened the hood he asked me to shift the car and he said he will return shortly. As he walked back to my car I noticed he had some tools on him and he began to tighten something. He then said to start the car and shift it into first gear and it worked!!! I was so happy to have my car working again and it was all thanks to Tony. I tried to tip him and he said " your car getting on the road again and seeing a smile on your face is all the reward I need". This guy deserves a raise or promotion or something because employees like this is what a company needs and Ive been to other autoparts stores and no one showed the proffessionalsm and courtesy that Tony provided because of him I will always bring my buissness there.
