When I called Jason at Precision Collision I was really upset about the amount of damage that had been done to my car by a recent accident. Jason assured me that the amount of work would restore my car to get it back to looking great again. When the work was completed , I was very happy with the outcome. I wont forget the day I was slammed into, however my car looks beautiful and that really makes me feel better. Thank you Jason!

I was searching for a shop that had a lot of knowledge concerning frame straightening. So many shops just pile on the paint and have no clue as to making sure the vehicle is in good condition before the job is started. There is much to do before the paint goes on and as much as I'm not a body man I sure like to understand how thing will work. I found Precision Collision through a friend however all their reviews on Yelp-Yellow Pages and Google led me to my call. We had an extensive conversation as to what I was looking for and Bobbie made sure everything I wanted would be accommodated. I went to the location and met with Jason, he is super professional and informative. The work this shop did was first rate, they actually get 100 stars from me and I am on picky guy.

I had a big truck back into my Honda Civic. The dent was massive and the frame was a little bent. Worried my car would never drive right or look good, I was told by a friend about Precision Collision. I spoke to Bobbie at the office and she made sure my schedule was accommodated. After the work was completed on the car I was super happy with not only the cosmetic repair the driving of my newly repaired frame didn't pull any longer. This place is great for auto body repair and they are extremely nice to work with.

Precision Auto Collision is awesome! They are honest and reliable with all their work. I had other quotes from different shops to get my car repaired and Precision Collision was the best. Not only were they more reasonable they take a lot of pride in the work they do! Really happy with this place, I highly recommend them!

Bad customer service. Won't honor "totally satisfied" slogan on shop window. Used expensive ($1000), inferior, cheap, embarrassing Fast and Furious HID "ricey" replacement headlights instead of "factory OEM parts" as stated on company Facebook page. Prior to work done, I sent email links from US and local vendors that carry replacement Original Equipment Manufacturer headlights from the Japanese Domestic Market. Precision Collision never called/emailed me to say that they couldn't find "a replacement." When I asked why they didn't instead use OEM United States Domestic Market replacement parts, they didn't have an answer. Instead pushed the blame to my father-in-law who "authorized the parts" while I was out of town.



To remedy, I asked for OEM replacement parts. Offered to get me a quote. Won't refund, resale, or exchange the crap inferior products it put on my car (nevermind replacing the rare OEM JDM parts I had on there in the first place). So, no, I do NOT want a quote. I want you to fix YOUR MISTAKE and YOUR BAD PRACTICE. And since only ONE of my OEM JDM headlights was broken, I want the one headlight that was NOT broken.



Issues: Bad customer service over phone; doesn't honor company slogan or the practices it identifies on its own company profile; scammed and overcharged the cash-paying private party that wrecked my car in the first place; used expensive (4x more than OEM) and inferior parts; has the nerve to ask me if I want another quote.



Receives 1 star out of 5 because the actual work performed was merely satisfactory.

This place is awesome, they are so friendly, knowledgable, and professional. I would recommend Precision Collision to anyone!!
