I have been going to the Orlando JYP location ever since I bought my second Volkswagen. Which was in in 2013. And I'm always taking care of very well, and now that I'm Emerald Club number they go above and beyond for me and I love this location even more.

I'm a time customer and I've accumulated a lot of points on the reward system . I reserved a car using my points and decided not to use the car that day I cancel the reservation and when I tried to reserve the car again using my points they told me I had lost my points and did not do anything about getting them back for me or anything like that. That was really hurtful to lose days of free rental and I did what I was supposed to do for the reward system . And when I spoke with someone in the reward System customer service they basically told me I lost my points and hung up in my ear

I am a recurrent customer since the month of may and have refer 2 or more of my associates/ business partners , nothing but exceptional services on this location, I usually rent on a weekly basis and billing can become tricky,even with that those issues the staff has always remained professional take care of any inquiries that I ever had, like any other business communication is the key, also many benefits from company like the rewards points allowed me to set great prices in rate. will definitely keep doing business with this location, this is a real customer with a corporate account for enterprise. i will not change this branch for any other one
