      Founded in 1990, Gary's Seafood Specialties is a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points certified privately owned wholesale seafood company. The company provides a range of fish, including sea, black and bluenose bass, sturgeon, cod, salmon, wild salmon, opah and John Dory.
