We are a Southern Johnson County based fitness company providing guaranteed results fitness programs to our clients. We deliver rapid weightloss results in 90 days. We start with a free initial consult, look at your biomechanics and do a nutritional analysis. We then measure bodyfat and do a bio-signature screening.
