I do have to say that I honestly can not and will not give this insurance company any klnd of good reveiw. I had an insurance policy with this insurance company for many of years and had to cancel it back in September because I had moved out of state where they do not have an American family insurance. Then today I get a letter from a collection agency saying that I am over due on a bill from this company. My bill was paid up when it had been canceled and I had not received any type of letter or bill from this company. So when they were called and confronted about it today they said it was because the policy was not carried out for the full six months. So please tell me exactly why am I being charge for the cancellation of my policy when it was paid up to the time that I had cancled it. I am very dissatisfied with this company and its services.
