Convenient and hassle free way to get a quality meal replacement - the owner's hot too she's definitely nutritionally gifted...I spend the same amount at Carl's Jr so spending 8 or 9 bucks on something healthy is more than worth it to me...oh yea they taste amazing btw...

I started going to All Shook up because I wanted to start drinking a healthy shake for lunch before class (I go to school nearby). I was surprised at the taste and fillingness the shakes have to them. In the past few weeks that I've gone I've noticed a difference in my physique as I've incorporated exercise with a loose meal plan (drinking a shake for a meal). The staff all look healthy and are informed about various areas of health & fitness so I'll take there word for it!

Very friendly establishment. It is a healthy/delicious smoothie place. These are made using Herbalife products so you know you are getting a great quality. They add fruit and other flavors to create a delicious smoothie! You also receive a tea and aloe to complete your healthy meal. I have been drinking these yummy smoothies for a few weeks now and have lost 10 pounds!!! Totally worth the $8 a day that other people spend buying horrible fast food!!!!!

This place is very clean, the staff is very knowledgeable about their products, the taste and quality are high. However, the price per shake is about $8.00 - $9.00 - And their location is Oxnard oppose to Beverly Hills. Now, I don't wish to discourage anybody from visiting this establishment and make your own judgement. My main concern are the prices keep in mind that your total will depend on your oder but again I think is a little over price. If you like this establshment but at the same time you value your money, my advice is find out what ingredients they use and make your shakes at home.
