I agree with Yoda818, the employees are indifferent. Wondering why the jobs have shifted to China? Look at these bored, uninsentivised, inefficient boys and girls with the blue shirts walking in the store with no purpose. They are getting paid 10 times more than the hard-working youngsters from China and South Korea who produce the items they are trying to sell here in Best Buy.

Dont even buy appliances from this place. 1.no service 2.unknowlegeable sales staff

I choose to go to this Best buy above the others in my area for this simple reason. Their costumer service is fantastic! I know that Best buy Is a chain, and the training methods may be the same everywhere. But the employees at this location take the time to help individual costumers like myself with there questions and concerns.

I went in to go buy a new computer and i didnt get any help from a blue shirt. When i asked if i could speak to a Manager i had to wait almost 45 minutes.
