I DO NOT recomend renting any property from this company at all! The properties are not taken care of and the people are very rude. Also they have no problem using YOUR damage deposit to fix things up that weren't even done before you moved in. For example; I rented a place from them and when I moved in there were 2 broken slats in the fence. The concrete steps on the porches were painted but a very long time ago and the paint was worn off. When I moved out they used my money to replace the slats and repaint the steps. Again this was not done when I moved in and it was noted on the conditions of premises that was turned in when I started renting from them. They will also charge you an arm and a leg just to check the fire alarms, over $100. And all they have to do for that is push the little test button. I don't believe that should cost at all. If you rent from this company you will be very dissappointed in the end.
