I was in desperate need of a hair cut and my regular hair dresser wasn't available, so I did a lil research on the internet an found Rumors Cut here in Oxnard, gave them a call and had the pleasure of speaking with Francisco Mejia, he was very professional. I went in and met with Francisco, he did a spectacular job ..I love the way he cut my hair...Francisco Mejia will now be my NEW HAIR DRESSER!!!!!!!!!
