      Case settled with results! Injured worker received an Award wherein the Judge found her to be 100% permanently and totally disabled. Her Award in the case totaled over $400,000.00. Her injuries included back, chronic pain, psyche, and internal. She got injured by picking up a file from the floor.

      Injured worker received a Workers Compensation Award of $75,000.00 for injuries to his neck and back. Injuries occurred by crates of lemons falling onto applicants shoulder and back.
