BEWARE! DO NOT purchase anything from this store. Customer service is lacking, they do not return calls, they cannot resolve problems in a timely manner. You will get the run around by their associates and they do not know where their managers are when asked. The furniture smells so bad, it is not fit to keep in a home. BE WARNED! Ventura County BBB gives them a rating of BIG FAT "F"!!!

BEWARE!!!! Do NOT buy from Urban Homes. The furniture lacks in quality, their customer service is lacking, they do not return calls in a timely manner and cannot resolve a problem in a timely manner. Their furniture is not fit for your home. BBB rating is "F". YOU WILL BE SORRY if you do business with them.

So, they had a sale over the 4th; of course nothing I wanted was on sale. I did see that there were two chairs marked 99.00 on a shelf, and the same chairs on display marked 129.00. We specifically asked why there was a price difference...didn't get an explanation, but we did say we wanted the 99.00 chairs. Checked the receipt (husband guy doesn't do that) and found that they charged us the 129.00 per chair! AaaRGH...went to pick them up, asked about the discount, they said because they were display--but only after they talked amongst themselves about their holiday plans...customers coming in weren't greeted, made it seem like they were inconvencienced when the customers needed assistance. Asked for the Manager, not in, (big surprise). Still waiting for a discount or apology at least for the lack of knowledge of the floor staff...if the table wasn't such a good deal, I wouldn't have bought any of it. Pier One it ain't.

Bought a bedroom set and when it was delivered, one the pieces was damaged. After calling several times, each time I was told someone was going to call me back. No one ever did. They refused to give me any type of customer service number. Finally after about a dozen calls, someone finally called me be only to tell me that they would call me tomorrow!! After I some how resolve this situation, WILL NEVER BUY FROM AGAIN!!!

I called prior 2 going 2 the Oxnard location 2 check 4 availability on an item. After being placed on hold I was told there was availability. I go 2 the store & pay 4 my lounger. Store sent me 2 the warehouse 4 pick up. @ the warehouse I was told by the Asst Mgr-Karina it would be a few min. 4 them 2 bring it outside. About 15 min. later Karina said it was @ the store. Went back 2 the store 4 them 2 give me the display item. I refused. I had paid 4 a new 1 & asked 4 a new 1. Karina told me the 1 on display was the 1 they had in stock & it went out on the floor earlier today when the associates had said sometime during the week. Display item was dirty. I asked 4 an addit'l discount, 1st for being the display item & 2nd for being dirty. Per Karina they're unable 2 do such thing because it was on sale. I refused 2 accept the dirty displayed item @ no addit'l discount. I asked 4 a Mgr & was told he was in a mtg. After 5 min. Karina had a lounger waiting 4 me 2 pick up @ the warehouse. ????
