      My friends and I recently signed up at West Coast Jiu Jitsu. They have a 3 BAY training center that is more than 7000 square feet! I have been to other Jiu Jitsu gyms that are just small rooms. This place is packed with a boxing ring, a full size cage, a weight training area and have a pro shop! Definately check it out. I have been very happy with them.
