Not an accurate or dependable enterprise. Have given them more than one chance. Better off to drive the distance.

Firstly, I would like to say I would give them 0 stars if that was an option I have been in the tree business for over 20 years and have spent over $10,000 at this business. I received a safety recall in the mail to repair at no cost so I took my equipment here where I bought it. When I went to pick it up they tried to charge me money, I told them that was not what I had in writing and was not the deal, they proceeded to call me a cheap a** and dropped my pole saw worth $1,000 outside the door and told me to wait outside while they got the rest of my equipment. I have spent plenty of money with them and referred lots of people to their business. I have now filed a complaint to Sthil retailer. I would not recommend doing business with this disrespectful, unappreciative business. This is not how business should be done with someone that spends so much money and recommends business to them.
