My ID was never delivered. Said my sons batteries were delivered . they weren't. A few others. I don't know what's going on. Maybe different postman.

My mom went to pick up a package with her service dog. She suffers from severe anxiety, stroke syndrome, bipolar disorder and depression. She had a Maltese service dog on a leash and was told by DAVID very rudely that she is not allowed to have the dog because of lack of ID,she told him he was a service dog and DAVID kept harassing her to leave, even after telling him she is disabled and that it is illegal to insist on documentation!(the strokes my mom has suffered causes her to misplace things and become very forgetful) He was so relentless that she got an anxiety attack and was inconsolable when she was telling me about what happened so I called to complain. The guy I talked to (who I'm assuming was DAVID) was very passive and rude not apologizing and contradicting everything I said. He mentioned having a dog in the facility is a liability but I would think if my mom suffering a stroke at your facility due to your harassment would be a bigger liability than carrying an 8 pound dog.
