I took my school house clock in because the minute hand had been unattached. The clock still chimed and kept perfect time. Dropped it off and was told it would take a week for him to let me know if it could be fixed and how much. They are open from 10am till 12 noon 4 days a week???? Must be nice. A week later I had to call them. I was told $39.00 to replace the movement and would be another week. A week later I called to see if it was ready. They needed another day to make sure it was "right". I picked it up, took it home, hung it on the wall and it stayed 2:10 all day long. We noticed the hands were stuck together. We fixed that and clock starts working and chiming every 15 minutes, sounded weird.....and it was 5 hours off. At 7 it chimed 12 times. Thats a lot of chiming!!! My clock only chimed on the hour. I took it back and was told he could not find a moment that only chimed on the hour. (We found on online for $25) He offered to refund my money and put the original movement back in the clock. I picked it up. It was NOT the original. It had 10/14 written on the back with the techs name. It was some random broken part. He lied about replacing my part. He said he felt I was judging him harshlyFact is Fact not a judgment. You said you put the original back in and you didnt. That is a lie not a judgement. I went back....now he said he put my original one back in but it doesn't work at all. Now the truth. He said he broke it when unscrewing the hands. The hands were already not attached....that was the original problem. While I was waiting a lady came into to pick up her clock. They handed it to her and she noticed that the 2 winding key were missing. They fumbled around and found them. Good thing she noticed before she got home. Stay away.these people are dishonest and incompetent.

Not only are the hours are not convenient being 10am-12pm but I walked in the store expecting to simply replace a batter, thinking they knew what they were doing considering the years they have been in business, Simple battery replacement on a Nixon watch with tags still on it . Not only did they over charge me an extra 50 dollars with out telling me but that is not the way you run a business , I would not ever do business there again,
