PC Bread and Bagel is a bagel shop, as I have never noted a loaf of any kind of bread for sale. Good bagels, and Ed, the owner, is a great guy. In a hurry? Grab your bagel and stuff a buck in the jar on the counter. Want some cream cheese? Try the vegi - lite. The only reason I gave PCBB 4 stars is because they are now closed on Sundays, but, hey, I guess everyone needs a day off. This is the only true bagel shop in the Snyderville Basin area of Park City. On Sundays, you'll have to go to the grocery store for their take on a bagel, or drive into Park City proper.
