Founded in 1976, the organization provides driving under the influence counseling and education. It offers domestic violence, misdemeanor drug diversion, anger management, and outpatient alcohol and drug counseling services. The High Road Program provides drug testing procedures. The organization offers medical, family support, transportation-related and job placement assistance services. It is licensed by the California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs. The High Road Program maintains its locations in Pasadena, Riverside, Lancaster and Van Nuys, Calif.
