Horrible experience there, definitely do not recommend anyone to go there. They showed me the part I was looking for and when I agreed to getting it they literally took an hour an a half to take a rim off. On top of that they scratched it more than it already was, so I asked about lowering the price and the guy told me no you can take it or go to a dealer and spend more money there. Talk about customer service another employee working there heard the conversation and yelled “just take the fucking wheel to the back”! When all I clearly was asking for was a discount since it was ruined more than it was. Really bad customer service here, I say if you’re in desperate need of a part go somewhere else.

Our car was stolen and towed there without our consent. Since the vehicle had no wheels we decided to purchase them there and have them do some repair work. They were very unclear in explaining the work that needed to be done, they did not finish the work on time, they did not call like they agreed to when the work was complete to we made several unnecessary trip out to their location, the men behind the counter were extremely rude and unhelpful and the work was not done well such that we needed to take the car to another location to have more work done the same day that we picked the car up from them. Their behavior was dodgy and we do not trust them at all!
